When I decided to update drivers, the drivers fail to install. I have a completely up to date installation of windows. When using the Nvidia installer from the Nvidia website, the installation fails when installing display drivers without anything like ablack screen. When attempting to update the drivers from Device Manager, my video card shows up under 'Other Devices' as 'Display' with a little yellow triangle on it. After attempting to update the drivers automatically, Microsoft Basic Display Drivers get installed. After installing it manually by pointing it to C:NVIDIADisplayDriver390.77Win1064InternationalDisplay.Driver, the driver also fails to install with a message 'Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to installthem' and 'The remote procedure call failed'I went online and saw that 'the remote procedure call failed' error could be solved by messing around in Services.msc. I checked it, and it was all like recommended and I did not change anything. I also tried using DDU to perform a clean install, but thatfailed.
